Founded by Dr. Brandy Golden, DPT, PMP, FDNP, B. Golden Strategies is a consulting and advisory firm dedicated to helping organizations modernize wellness through value-based design.
A results-driven healthcare executive with over 20 years of comprehensive experience bridging care delivery with organizational performance, Dr. Golden brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, operational leadership, and corporate strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science from Lee University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University, along with credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDNP).
Across both clinical and corporate sectors, Dr. Golden has led large-scale initiatives for health systems that reduced medical spend and strengthened population health outcomes. Known for her ability to merge data, design, and clinical insights, she helps organizations transform wellness from a cost center into a strategic advantage.
